Christmas period

For areas 20 miles outside Stoke on Trent please email or telephone with your desired location for a quotation. Christmas day delivery is available if booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Due to the busy Christmas period, gravestones/memorials may be cleaned up to 7 days in advance of the 25th December. Wreaths and floral tributes will be placed on Christmas day.

Floral Tributes, wreaths and poses.

Floral tributes need to be ordered at least 7 days in advance. Cancellation of the flowers must be given 48 hours prior to delivery. All orders cancelled within the given time will be fully refunded.

Payment of any floral tribute must be received in advance before we order them from the florist.

If floral displays & products are ordered in conjunction with a grave tending, delivery will be free otherwise an £8.00 charge will be applicable.

Collection and delivery of your floral tributes can be arranged free of charge from a local florist of your choice within an 8 mile radius of the st4 post code area. 8p per mile will apply thereafter.

For tending and floral services on Sundays the floral tributes will be collected from the florist on the Saturday and held in cool storage.

Payment options

We except all major credit & debit cards, personal cheques, direct debit ,standing orders and cash and postal orders. With the exception of monthly charges all monies must be paid in advance.

Debit & credit card payments are only processed on the day of delivery or tending.

Public Liability

We have Public Liabilty Insurance providing cover up to the value of £5 million.
