Grave Tending and other Services
Services available from us include:
- Inspection of headstone/memorial
- Cleaning and upkeep of the site

Cleaning and Upkeep
The headstone/memorial will be inspected for any damage, sinking, defacing and vandalism, a report will be either posted or e-mailed to you with a digital photograph showing our findings, with advice and contact numbers of relevant stonemasons etc.
The headstone/memorial will be cleaned using a mild detergent which is eco friendly, using a non-scratch applicator and polished using soft cloths. Any old flowers, debris and litter will be cleared and discarded of. All flower vases will be removed, thoroughly cleaned and replaced ready for your special tribute.
A more extensive cleaning service is availablefor aged/weathered gravestones *
Grass and borders will be trimmed and any weeds removed. Plants and bulbs and of your choice can be planted within the guidelines of the Local authority.
Soil can be topped up to keep it fresh if applicable.*
Old gravel can be washed, or removed from the memorial and replaced with new if applicable.*
A digital photograph will be posted or e-mailed to you so that you can see the improvement after each visit.

Floral Tributes 
Fresh seasonal flowers will be placed at the graveside on any day of the year i.e. . Mothers day, Anniversary, Christmas day etc.
The flowers and tributes will be of your own choosing from our brochure or your own florist if you so wish.
We only use reputable local florists so that you can be assured of the very finest quality. We will collect and deliver the flowers you have purchased to the graveside/memorial at no extra cost to yourself. *
All floral tributes will be collected and delivered on the same day ensuring that the flowers are at their freshest.
Silk flower arrangements are also available again either from our brochure or your own florist. We can either post or e-mail a digital photograph of the gravestone/memorial to yourselves as proof of attendance and upkeep.
All receipts of purchased flowers will be kept by ourselves and sent to you if you so wish. Floral tribute service is available as little or often as you like.
We aim to deliver floral tributes on the same day of cleaning and upkeep to ensure that the grave/memorial is looking it’s best on the special day.
* When a floral tribute is collected and delivered outside your maintenance/upkeep date a charge of £8.00 will apply.
Burial Site Find
If you would like to find a loved one/friend's burial place then we can help. For a small fee we can do an extensive search on the name of the deceased and place of burial against council records. The result(s) will then be sent to you by post or e-mail.
Insurance
It is a sad reflection on today's society that many memorials suffer from vandalism. I can, if you so wish arrange insurance against any headstone with a specialist insurance company, covering incidents from vandalism to falling branches. Details are available on request
